Questions Before You Join?
Do I need to own property?
No. You'll learn two models that don't require buying anything: arbitrage (you rent a property and list it on Airbnb with the landlord's permission) and co-hosting (you manage someone else's property for a share of the revenue).
How much money do I need to start?
It depends on your market and which model you choose. Arbitrage usually means a deposit, first month's rent, and furnishing. Co-hosting can take much less up front. The deal calculators in Step 2 help you run the numbers before you commit.
Is Airbnb arbitrage legal?
It is when it's done right: with the landlord's written permission and within your city's short-term rental rules. The course shows you how to check local regulations and includes the lease addendum to get permission in writing.
How does the 1:1 help work?
